How much do you charge for dispatch services?

We charge 8% per booked load. Our dispatch service includes load searching, rate negotiation, broker communication, and paperwork management.

Do you force carriers to take loads?

No. We operate on a no forced dispatch policy. Every load opportunity is presented to you for approval before it is booked.

What type of trucks do you dispatch?

We work with various equipment types including Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, and Box Trucks.

When do I get paid?

Carriers are paid directly by the freight broker according to the payment terms on the rate confirmation. Payment can be received through the broker’s standard payment terms, quick pay, or by using a factoring company.

Many carriers choose to use a factoring company to receive payment faster. If you already have a factoring company, we will work with them directly. If you do not have one, we can help connect you with a trusted factoring partner such as RTS Financial, which many carriers use for fast and reliable payments.

Our goal is to ensure the payment process is smooth and transparent so you can keep your truck moving and focus on your operations.
